Building more than cabinets.

At Wilmington Woodworking, we build more than cabinets--we build relationships. From our initial meeting to the final punch list, our team prioritizes communication, transparency, and personalized service. Our goal is to exceed expectations and built lasting relationships based on trust and a shared passion for transforming spaces with exceptional custom cabinets.

1. Contact Us

Every project starts with a personal meeting to gather all the details about your vision. We'll coordinate a time for you to visit our showroom. There our Sales Consultant will walk you through our process and give you a tour of our woodshop.

2. Initial Consultation

If you don't already have a design in mind, here's where the fun begins. We'll review your space, photo inspiration, accessory requests, and must-haves for your project. From this information, our team  will create rough cost estimate and timeline for your project.

3. Design Contract

If you'd like to move forward at this point, you will sign a design contract and our team will get to work on an official proposal. Proposals include detailed drawings, project renderings, finish choices, and accessory selections. Our team will work closely with you on all these details.

4. Building Your Project

Upon signing a build contract with us, we will field-verify our proposal drawings and begin the procurement process. We will send regular updates as the shop begins the production process, from fabricating the cabinets to getting your custom finish just right.

5. Installation

As your installation day approaches, we'll reach out with details about delivery and our estimated install timeline. Our install team strives to work quickly and respectfully in your home. Before you know it, your dream space will take shape.

6. Wrapping Up

After the initial installation, we'll wait for other subcontractors, such as countertop installers and painters, to finish their work. Once all the work is complete, we'll address any punch list items and ensure you are completely satisfied. Then it's time to enjoy your new space!
